How To Order ?

Please Read Policy & Service Info thoroughly! Add desired services to cart & make payment. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. You will fill out design form located in top menu . Your order will not begin until design form is submitted . Please refrain from booking if your ideas & visions aren't set in stone. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE!

What Is The Turnaround Time ?

Turnaround times are different and varies based on the service you have chosen. Please check the description for an estimated turnaround time . Please note turnaround times are based on my workload if you are in a rush I do offer a $50 rush fee.

Can I Cancel My Order And Receive A Refund ?

I do not offer refunds for any reason if you decide to cancel your order and go to another designer you will not receive a refund

Acceptance of Terms By purchasing design services from 917Graphics you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Your agreement to these terms is confirmed upon purchase and is binding. Payment and Refunds Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to 917 Graphics Co are final and non-refundable. Payment confirms the Client's commitment to the service as described. Refund Discretion: Refunds are issued only under rare circumstances and solely at the discretion of 917 Graphics Co. If granted, refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days and returned via the original payment method. Service Delivery Timeline Standard Delivery: Services are completed within 5 to 25 business days, depending on the service purchased and outlined on the service description pages. Extended Projects: Branding packages require 20-25 business days for completion. Exclusions: Turnaround times exclude weekends, public holidays, Delays may occur due to incorrect or incomplete client information. Deliverables Upon project completion, 917 Graphics Co will provide the final deliverables in formats suitable for the purchased service (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, Transparent files). Proofs and Revisions Proofs: Design proofs will be provided for review. These proofs must not be used, sold, or replicated until final approval. Revisions: Each service includes 2- 3 free revisions, depending on the service ordered, as stated in the product description. Small revisions include: * Color change * Title change * Font change * Photo change Each of these changes counts as a separate revision. If the Client requires a full redesign, a redesign fee amounting to 50% of the service price will apply. Excessive Revisions: Any revisions beyond the included free revisions will incur an additional fee of $8 per revision. Communication and Client Responsibilities Forms of Communication: Initial service inquiries may be made via DM, email, or text message through the business number. After placing an order, all communication will be conducted via email only. * Use the same email thread for all communication. * No responses will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Client Responsibilities: * Provide all essential information, including textual content, photos, and specific design preferences. * Purchase and maintain website subscriptions and fees. * Secure and connect domain names and hosting. * Submit policies, terms, and conditions for legal compliance. * Manage back-end settings for personal and business information. Failure to provide complete information may result in delays or additional fees. Logo and Photo Policy Logo Submission: If a Client does not submit a logo, the business name will be displayed in a standard font with basic formatting. For optimal results, logos should be submitted in a transparent file format with exact HEX color codes. Photo Submission: Clients must submit high-quality, professional photos or clear stock images for the best design outcome.
